Our Marketing Team works closely with our franchisees to help them be successful in their social media presence, lead generation efforts, in-studio marketing, and so much more!

This team is led by our Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer, Roger Martin. In addition to serving as the leader of the RockBox marketing team and helping build the RockBox brand, Roger also is a ROCKSTAR instructor.  You can read more about his professional background by checking out “The RockBox Story” page on our Franchise site. When asked which of our company values resonates with him most, his response was, “Fun.  Life is waaaaay too short not to have fun while you are working hard.”

What is your favorite RockBox class combination? Jab, cross, hook, upper, roll, hook!

What song makes you most excited during a RockBox class? Fuel by Metallica.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I have seen over 1,000 live bands. Live music feeds my soul

Up next is our Local Studio & Digital Marketing Manager, Carole Harris! Carole helps our studios pinpoint key marketing initiatives that will help them find success. Whether it be communications, programs, or promotional insight, she is here to help with lead generation, brand awareness, and member retention. Additionally, she helps to strategize, launch, and optimize RockBox advertising campaigns through various channels. Outside of work, Carole recently got married in October to her now husband, Colt. When asked which of our company values resonates with her most, her response was, “I could never choose just one! I would say Accountability is huge for me, but since I am always submersed in data, I am a Results-driven marketer! I would also be lying if I did not mention Fun, because it is important to love what you do and smile while you are doing it.”

What is your favorite RockBox class combination? Jab + Cross + Slip+ Cross + Hook + Hook… and maybe throw in a kick or Superman punch for fun!

What song makes you most excited during a RockBox class? Fight Night by Migos!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself:I have played basketball since I was 6 years old and even had the opportunity to play professionally overseas. You can catch me shooting around on the hoop in the warehouse during my breaks. And I also love to coach in my freetime!

Another vital member of our Marketing team is Becca Brennan, who serves RockBox Fitness franchisees as our Social Media Manager and oversees special projects. Becca works with a lot of different departments at the RockBox Home Office. Her main role lies with our Social Media and Branding to make sure the RockBox brand stays consistent! She also works closely with the RockBox Fitness exclusive supplement line, Leverage Nutrition.  When asked which of our company values resonates with her most, her response was, “I would say Fun and Trust resonate most with me. Trust is so important in any organization, especially one that is growing as rapidly as RockBox is! But you won’t get anywhere if you don’t enjoy what you’re doing. We have such a great brand and that makes my job really fun!”

What song makes you most excited during a RockBox class? I LOVE “Bring Em Out” by T.I.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I traveled to Peru when I was 17 and visited Machu Picchu!

Next, meet the newest member of our Marketing team, Gabby Powers! Gabby is our Digital Marketing Manager who is focused on creating effective advertising and marketing materials on all RockBox online platforms that grow awareness of the brand. She also works closely with our franchise locations to develop and execute local promotional programs. When asked which of our company values resonates with her most, her response was, “Service! In every aspect of my life, I strive to serve those around me and enhance their lives any way that I can. I am energized when I am able to help others and see the impact that my actions have.”

What is your favorite RockBox class combination? Jab, cross, slip, hook, upper.

What song makes you most excited during a RockBox class? I love anything on Tommy’s playlist but probably “All The Small Things” – Blink 182

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: One of my favorite things to do is find the perfect birthday card for someone to go with their gift. I’ll spend hours in the card section just to find the one that matches their personality the best!

And finally, rounding out our stellar Marketing team is our Web Developer & Digital Manager, Chris Gaglioti. Chris is responsible for the setup and maintenance of RockBox Fitness’ online presence. From websites to digital marketing. From social media channels to SEO and business listings. And everything in between. When asked which of our company values resonates with him most, his response was, “FUN – I couldn’t imagine thriving in an environment without a healthy sense of humor.”  

What is your favorite RockBox class combination? Anything that allows me to practice a head kick.

What song makes you most excited during a RockBox class? Anything off of Guns n’ Roses first album. Or Black Sabbath. Are any studios playing Sabbath? If not, they should.
