RockBox Fitness Symmes Township offers a free trial class for all new members. No pressure, no commitment – just 50 minutes of punching, kicking, and sweating. Don’t have any boxing experience? No problem! Just arrive 30 minutes before the start of class and we will show you how to throw the nine punches and kicks you’ll encounter. Our Cincinnati fitness trainers will also discuss your goals, show you how to wrap your hands, and explain the other elements of our workout.
